The following rules comprise Regulations of the online shop at shop.limak-airsuspension.pl

2. The purchase of products can be made:

3. Orders through our website and by email can be placed 24h/day throughout the year, orders by telephone can be placed during shop working hours:

Monday – Friday: 8 - 16 
Saturday: 9 - 13

4. All orders placed after 15:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be fulfilled the next working day. 

5. Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Incorrectly filled in forms or orders without confirmation will not be processed.

7. The company Limak Kamil Oberc reserves the right to decline orders which raise doubts. The buyer will be informed about this fact.

8. All prices at https://shop.limak-airsuspension.pl are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN). 

9. Purchased goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within 2 working days after the order has been confirmed.

10. The Buyer will be informed in case of insufficient stock in our warehouse and longer realization period. In this case the Buyer is entitled to cancel the missing part of the order responsible for the delay or to cancel the order completely. 

11. Each shipment is accompanied by VAT invoice or original purchase receipt and necessary warranty cards.

12. All products purchased in our shop are under warranty given by the producer.

13. Customers can complete their payment by cash on delivery or through the bank transfer (proforma payment).

14. Complaint procedure:

Complaints can be made by email address: biuro@limak-airsuspension.pl, or in writing (the address of the Seller). The complaint should include the following information:

Name, address and email address of the Buyer
Conclusion date of a contract to which a complaint is being made
Object of the complaint and the Buyer’s demand
Any circumstances justifying the complaint

If the necessary information is missing, the Seller will contact the Buyer to complete the data before considering the complaint further. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of claim receipt in the correct form. A response to a complaint will be sent to email or postal address given by the Buyer.


15. The consumer’s right to withdraw from a contract. Within 14 days from the receipt of goods or – in case of service – from the conclusion date of a contract, the Buyer (consumer) may withdraw from a contract without reason. In such case the Seller will return the money to the Buyer. In case of withdrawing from a contract the Seller will not cover the cost of returning the items.

16. Payments:

In case of prepayment customers can complete their payment through the bank transfer or use the payment tools available at shop.limak-airsuspension.pl

In the transfer title, the purchase number which is generated after the confirmation of the order should be mentioned. After the money being visible on the account, the order will be processed.

 

17. In case of cash on delivery the Buyer pays at the time of delivery.

18. The offer is valid on the territory of Poland. Shipment to EU is possible after earlier phone call or email.

19. Limak Kamil Oberc is obliged to the protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

20. www.sklep-airmatic.pl is the administrator of personal data as defined in the Act of 29 August 1997 on Protection of Personal Data (“Journal of Laws” of 2002, No. 101, item 926 as amended) and guarantees these rights are executed.

21. All trademarks and company names in our service were used merely for information purposes and are the property of those companies. 

22. The information included in our website is the intellectual property of LIMAK Kamil Oberc. It applies both to text and graphics. Any attempts of copying the data from our website without the permission of LIMAK Kamil Oberc are prohibited and under legal responsibility

Using the Online Store, entering into contracts for the provision of electronic services via the Online Store or concluding contracts for the sale of products, which involves the need to provide personal data, is completely voluntary. The data subject individually decides whether he wants to start using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider or conclude a product sales contract in accordance with the Regulations.
    2. According to art. 23 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended), data processing is allowed, among others if:

- the data subject consents to it, unless it concerns the removal of data relating to him.

- it is necessary to perform the contract if the data subject is a party to it or if it is necessary to take action before the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject.

- for the purposes of marketing products offered by the Online Store

- for information purposes related to the technical operation of the online store, e.g. exclusion or changes

- to detect and prevent abuse

- for the correct implementation of the complaint procedure

The processing of personal data by the Administrator always takes place within the framework of the acceptability of their processing listed in pk2. Data processing will be related to the implementation of the contract or the need to take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject. In addition, before entering into contracts for the provision of electronic services available through the Store, the future Customer is informed about the need to accept the Regulations.
 

IV. THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS THEIR CONTENT AND MAKE IMPROVEMENT

3. You have the right to file a complaint with GIODO regarding your personal data if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations
